Details about the stay

Price and payment:

• High season (weeks 23-42): Eur. 800 per week. Extra day: Eur. 160 per day. During high season, arrival on Saturday and a stay of minimum one week is preferred. In addition to above price, eur 50 for cleaning at departure time is mandatory.

• Low season (rest): Eur. 600 per week. Extra day: Eur. 120 per day. Eur 50 for cleaning at departure time is mandatory.

• When requesting stay of less than a week, the Extra day rate is applied for all days including arrival and departure day.

• 25% down payment. When down payment is registered, the apartment is booked to you. In case of cancellation, down payment is lost.

• Rest of payment must be paid no later than 14 days before first day of the stay. In case of cancellation, no need to pay rest.

• Arrival time is earliest at 3 pm., and departure time is latest at 10 am.

Useful info when arriving at/living in the apartment:

• The apartment is on the 3rd floor, 3D (door to the right).

• The main water faucet is in a closet at the front door on the ground floor. See manual for turn on, turn off.

• The hot water tank is out on the balcony, and is turned off for long periods without rent.

• There is an "outdoor shower" that belongs to the apartment. This is the last shower on the left on ground floor, facing the front door. There is a hose for easier cleaning of beach accessories. Hose and fitting is placed by the washing machine on the balcony.

• Bedlinen, towels and blankets are placed in "bed rollers" under the beds. Towels are for use in the apartment only. Beach towels must be brought.

• It is estimated that max. 7 towels are used per stay. If more is required, they must be washed and dried before departure.

• Waste is thrown into gray "containers" that are located in the streets around the apartment: bottles, plastic and garbage.

• Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment, and ONLY allowed outside on the balcony.

Upon departure, we want you to:

• Turn off all lights, stove and airconditioning.

• Clean kitchen if it has been used (remove grease/burnt cheese from oven) and make sure dishes and glasses are clean.

• Empty trash and filter in the coffee machine and remove fresh foods as well as opened cans and jars for the apartment.  

• Remove the bedlinen and collects it together with the towels, and place it on the floor in the kitchen.

• Unplug TV and WiFi Router.

• Retract all awnings and take balcony cushions inside and lock windows/doors and roll down blinds.

• Remove the hose and the fittings from the outdoor shower and place them by the washing machine.

• Polish windows or doors is there is sun oil or grease on them, and make sure that floors are not covered with sand?  

• Leave Eur 50 to pay for cleaning (place the money in the green basket on table in the living room).
